OUR PROCESS
Forward thinking that brings ideas to life.
Fiber structures and novel materials require an integrated approach across design, fabrication, approval, and logistics. Based on our expertise in material development, prototyping, and robotic manufacturing, we help define realistic cost and investment frameworks grounded in actual production constraints.

By anticipating stakeholder requirements early—across management, legal, insurance, and procurement—design and material decisions become technically sound, economically viable, and approval-ready from the outset.

For large-scale fiber and lightweight structures, we evaluate transport, access, and assembly strategies from the earliest design stages. Applying the same parametric and structural logic to logistics ensures that innovative structures can be realistically manufactured, transported, and installed—from factory to site.
DESIGN TO BUILD
From Innovation to Realization.
Design & Concept
From initial ideas, sketches, or architectural concepts, we develop structurally sound and manufacturable fiber-based systems. Parametric design methods allow us to translate complex geometries into efficient, buildable structures while aligning aesthetics, performance, and fabrication constraints from the outset.
Early-stage feasibility, structural logic, and production strategy are considered as part of the design process—ensuring concepts are not only visionary, but realizable.
Technology
Based on project requirements, scale, and material behavior, we select the most suitable manufacturing technologies. This includes advanced robotic fabrication, winding, layering, and hybrid production processes.
Where needed, we collaborate with specialized technology partners to ensure access to the most appropriate tools and production environments—always guided by material efficiency, precision, and repeatability.
Material
Our focus lies in the use of natural fibers such as flax and basalt, enabling lightweight, sustainable, and high-performance structures. Depending on structural and functional requirements, we also work with conventional fibers including carbon and glass.
Fiber systems can be combined with aluminum, steel, or timber substructures to create hybrid systems that balance strength, flexibility, and durability.
Design solution
The integration of design, material, and manufacturing results in a bespoke structural solution—tailored to performance, fabrication, logistics, and installation.
Through close coordination with partners for transport and assembly, we accompany projects from early concept through prototyping, production, and final realization—delivering innovative fiber structures ready for real-world application.
